Tina is Registered Acupuncturist. Her journey with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) began at a young age as a dancer recovering from ankle injuries, and she later rediscovered its profound healing power during her own postnatal recovery. These personal experiences sparked a deep curiosity and eventually led her to pursue a lifelong calling in acupuncture and holistic wellness. Tina’s approach is gentle, mindful, and deeply intuitive—centered on helping you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom. Her treatments go beyond easing symptoms; they aim to uncover the root of imbalance and support lasting wellness from within. She thoughtfully integrates acupuncture with mindful breathing, gentle movement, and simple lifestyle guidance, helping your body find its natural rhythm and balance in today’s busy world. Outside the clinic, Tina finds joy in the simple things—being barefoot in the garden, sipping tea while working on small handmade projects, or soaking up the sunshine. She is also a certified yoga instructor who loves guiding both in-person and online yoga classes, sharing the same sense of balance and mindfulness that inspires her healing practice.
